Postage
We currently use Australia Post for all our deliveries within Australia (Standard & Express Post) and International (Economy Air) .

All orders will be posted within 2 working days, unless specified otherwise.

Payments

We accept PayPal (also accepts credit cards) and Direct Bank Deposit/Electronic Transfer.
When paying via direct bank deposit please use your order number as a reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared.

Returns
If you wish to return any items they must be returned un-used in new condition within 14 days of purchase, once the items have been received and checked we will issue a full refund. Refund does not include any postage costs.
